Thiri Zawtika Co., Ltd. is a non-bank financial institution established in April 2015, The company was licensed by the Central Bank of Myanmar (“CBM”) in August 2017, and started operations in October 2017. Because the foreign investment in this sector is currently prohibited by CBM, the company is incorporated as a 100% Myanmar capital. However Japanese advisors are deeply involved in the management and operations of the company which makes possible to differentiate itself from other competitors by offering advanced products and services developed by Japanese financial technologies.
