Stream Net Company Limited has been founded in 2017, as a Joint Venture between Elite Telecom Public (ETP), a leading FTTx Service provider in Yangon since 2010 and Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT), the market leader in ICT service provider in Vietnam.
It has been granted the Network Facilities Service Individual NFS(I)Telecom License by Post & Telecommunication Department (PTD) since November 2017.
