Shan Yoma Cement completed its construction on June 24th 2014 with the cooperation of L.V Technologies from Thailand. The two key drivers during the design stage of the plant was to guarantee plant efficiency and perform routine maintenance. Shan Yoma Cement is operated and managed by Sinoma TCDRI (China), which consist of a well-experienced and international working team. Sinoma TCDRI has been involved in the cement industry since 1953 and has been the earliest dominant industrial design institute.
