The Pinlon Group of Hospitals (PLGH) was founded in 1997 in Yangon with our first venture in healthcare, with the establishment of a 50-bed hospital named University Avenue Health Centre (UHC).
Over the past decade, PLGH has come a long way from its infant stage of being merely a general medicine and surgery care centre to becoming one of the prominent Myanmar medical groups offering superior services in numerous specialities such as advanced cancer and liver care.
Today, PLGH consists of 3 hospitals, namely, Pinlon Hospital (Yangon), SSC (Yangon) and Outara Thiri Hospital (Nay Pyi Taw).
Pinlon Hospital is a 200-bed private multi-speciality hospital that has been serving the residents of Yangon and the neighbouring regions since 2007. Pinlon Hospital offers round-the-clock emergency care and a vast range of medical specialties that include oncology (cancer care), nuclear medicine (PET-CT & SPECT-CT), hepatology (liver care) and gastroentrology, advanced cardiac surgeries and kidney transplantation.
